How to Create Runewords in Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred
To create Runewords, you need to combine a Rune of Ritual and a Rune of Invocation. Here’s how to do it:
1. Generating Offerings with the Rune of Ritual
The Rune of Ritual generates Offerings, which are necessary to activate the Rune of Invocation. These Offerings are accumulated by performing specific actions during combat.
2. Activating Effects with the Rune of Invocation
Once enough Offering has been generated, the Rune of Invocation will consume it to trigger an effect. If your Rune of Ritual generates 25 Offering and the Rune of Invocation requires 100 Offering to trigger, you’ll need to continue generating Offering until you reach the required threshold.
Overflow Effects
Somebuy d4 runewords of Invocation have Overflow effects. If you generate more Offering than needed, the excess Offering will be consumed to trigger additional effects. This can lead to more Meteorites or other powerful bonuses, so maximizing your Offering generation is key.
